Los Angeles Confidential magazine published this Mango Mojito recipe to celebrate America’s national rum day (that’s on August 16th if you didn’t know already). It’s a great tasting cocktail, with or without the rum. If you want to make your own puree from a couple of fresh mangos, don’t forget to add a tablespoon of sugar in the blender to sweeten the mix.

45ml of Cruzan rum
2 lime wedges

2 tablespoons of mango puree
